The schedule for day two allowed each participant to play with or against Marco and Christian. The finale of the day was an exhibition of Triples Petanque with the top four finishers of the qualifying games teaming up to play with the LEGENDS.
I'm always quick to point out the accomplishments of Carolina Petanque members so take note that all four top finishers belong to our club!😊
The competing teams were: Marco Foyot/Carol Verdile/Max Sewell versus Christian Fazzino/Carla Phillips/Don E. Baker.
Marco's team ended up winning, but the play was outstanding and back-and-forth throughout.
Congratulations to all!
