Starting time: 9:30 AM
Two games before lunch. Change partners after each game. Mixture of doubles and triples depending upon number of players.
One hour and fifteen minute time limits or 13 points, whichever comes first.
Lunch
around 12:30. Sandwiches and chips provided. Bring your own drinks
and any special snacks you'd like. Water will be supplied.
Two more games from 1:15 to 4:00.
The
top four players with most wins in the four qualifying games(or most
point
differential in case of ties) will proceed to the finals in doubles
play. Numbers 1 and 2 highest ranked players will play as a team against
numbers 3 & 4.
Medals and prizes for winning team and
runners-up. Winning team will also be recognized by having each
player's name engraved upon the CarolinaPetanque Tournament Champions
plaque.
Supper to follow. Menu: Grilled Chicken, Baked Beans,
Salad. Please feel free to bring a side dish or a dessert if you like,
but there will be plenty of food provided, so don't worry if it's not
convenient to bring a dish. Do bring your own drinks. Water will be
provided.
The courts will be lighted for fun play after supper. Or just plan to visit and socialize if you
prefer. There will likely be a campfire and the Rec Room will be available.

and Sue have several extra rooms available for any of you that would
care to stay over. If you have a long drive to make,
please plan to stay over and drive home on Sunday. [There WILL be play
at Miller Park on Sunday afternoon.]
