We helped Chuck Vestal, of Winston-Salem Parks and Rec, stage the 2019 version of Grandparents' Games by taping of some scoring areas and letting the participants try their skill (luck?) at pointing soft-leather petanque boules. Fun for the kids and adults alike, and an opportunity for us to talk-up the "real" version of petanque we play twice a week at Miller Park.
