Personalized Club Cap Offer

Would anyone be interested in a personalized club cap?  I can get them for $9.99 (plus freight) with your name or nickname included in the price.  See above photos for various views.  They're made by COBRA, are heavy-duty brushed cotton, and seem to be good quality.  Adjustable VELCRO strap in back allows one-size-fits-all ordering.  If I place the order within the next few days, there should be no trouble getting them back before the 4TH of JULY, though I can't, of course, positively guarantee that.  I'm just going by my previous orders.  Let me know by Sunday, June 17, if you'd like to have one.  I can't promise that they will be available in the future, so don't delay.

more from the Inn at Bingham School

We had a big turn out at the Inn from Saxapahaw and celebrated  Miles 3 year old Birthday with snacks and a piece of cake, we were off to the courts.   I think next game I may need my calipers from the work shop, my little telescopic devise was to long to measure.
Have a nice week

Miller Park on Sunday

New players:  Ed and Bert
We had a couple of first-time-at-Miller Park players on Sunday.  We had met Ed and Bert Friedmann from Lexington the previous week at the Greensboro Parisian Promenade and were delighted that they chose to join us for Sunday play in Winston-Salem.

Guests from Oregon

They were pretty serious for beginner players. Checked into the Inn and Played a few games before the Saxapahaw Farmers Market. Returned to the Inn for some Night play. Sunday Morning they were back on the courts for one last game.

Petanque or ballet?
Philippe of Petanque America sent CarolinaPetanque an eMail congratulating us on our fifth year of participation in Greensboro's celebration of all things French.  We had a wonderful day with plenty of sunshine and temperatures in the low 80s.

Our group was well represented this year with Bob and Pam, Khalid and Ghezlane with their two daughters, Fred and Faye, Tom and Carol, Wesley and Marcie, along with Shirley and myself making the trip.  Huge THANKS to all who came and helped!  Fred, in particular, was great in helping Shirley manage the kids court and spent several hours in the sun without much of a break.  THANKS, Fred.

Also, a big THANK YOU to Johnny, Darrel, and the rest of the guys at Greensboro Parks and Recreation for inviting us and working with us to keep the court area in good condition and cooperating in every way with our setup.
