11/09/2025 Regular Sunday play at Miller Park

Not many pictures, but a good turnout for play. Preston came to help with setup even though he was a little under the weather and left early.

He was scheduled to attend Saturday's panache in Charlotte but had to cancel. Hope he gets to feeling better.

Kathy was 3rd place

 Charlotte area coordinators, Mica Gadhia & Stephane Brico, hosted 30 players for an informal, relaxed-rules panache on Saturday. There were three rounds of randomly drawn triples teams.

Four players won all three games, so the ranking for prizes came down to delta (point differential) scores.

4th place--Ed Shoaf

3rd place--Kathy Cline

2nd place--Shirley Jones

1st place--Gail Dickerson

Though all the winners were Carolina Petanque members, we were very happy to have quite a few players from the Charlotte area who are not currently members and were playing in their first organized tournament.

Congratulations Mica & Stephane for a job well done!

We have a very core group of players in Greensboro, many of whom play all three days of the week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) that have scheduled play.
