Visiting *STAR* player from Spicewood, Texas!

Our favoite granddaughters, Maeve & Marin

Us (minus Rob) at Miller Park

Our Texas family ( Rob, Lynda, Marin, Maeve, and Myles) joined us at Miller Park for Sunday afternoon play. Myles joined in as an actual player while the others were content to be spectators and to play with Rom & Barb's dog Razz (Razzle Dazzle).

We loved having the family there-- however briefly. Rob&Lynda wanted Marin (a rising sophomore) to see the Wake Forest campus while in NC. They had already showed her campuses it UNCW, UNC Chapel Hill, and Duke on their trip.

Nevin Park

We had to miss scheduled Third Saturday play at Nevin Park in Charlotte (6000 Statesville Rd) due to our son-in-law, daughter, and grandkids arriving at our Lexington, NC, home from their extended vacation on the coastline of the Carolinas.

Doesn't really look as though we were missed all that much going by the smiling faces of those who were there. (Big thanks to Anna Carter for the picture!)
