And, then in the afternoon, we played at the Tanger Gardens park in Greensboro. There won't be too many more times for play sessions in the maintenance road-- Ryan (Parks&Rec) promises a new terrain very soon.

Shirley, Barb, Cherri, Gail, and Tracie made a trip up to Deep Gap in the North Carolina mountains (near Boone) to spend a night visiting with Marcia (and Rusty). The Reeds have one of the nicest terrains in the Carolinas and we try not to miss a chance to play there. The fact that it's covered means weather is not much of an issue except in the winter when our mountains get pretty cold.

Thursday afternoon found Shirley a world away (okay, 100 miles) from the mountains and in Greensboro for regular play. You'll see a few pictures above of the location for the new courts. Four courts are planned- each measuring 4x15 meters. Can't wait!
