Old friends

Two of our very best friends were in Lexington over the weekend for the first time in a while. Terry and Sue Wien are in the process of moving to Lakeland, Florida, to be nearer the grandkids. By the way, it was great to see Sue's son Tommy for the first time in a while too. he is looking great and doing well.

Shirley and I went to their Lexington home to help out a little with the loading of a moving truck Terry had rented to move some of their personal belongings down to Florida. Terry had enlisted three of his Lexington friends who, along with Tommy, did most of the heavy lifting, but everyone else pitched in also.

It's sad to think that Saturday may have been our last time to play at the Wien home, but we look forward to visiting them often in their new location. Terry is already planning where he'll put the petanque terrain!
