Sunday play was a format somewhat unique to Zanesfield Petanque Club. It was Select Doubles, but with a Twist. Partners on Saturday could not partner with each other on Sunday.
There were still plenty of strong teams with which to contend. From the 18 teams playing, 10 went to Concours after qualifying rounds and 8 went to Consolante.
