We had a great turnout for the start of summer play in Winston-Salem.
We got to see Ed, Anne, Rob, and Steve Shoaf on Sunday. Ed and Anne are regular players in Charlotte, Rob is a regular player in Winston-Salem, and Steve, who lives in Asheville, joined us for first time.
Preston had his water misting device up and running, so that will be greatly appreciated in the coming summer heat.
Marc and Kathy came over from Hickory with a selection of Petanque America's boules for people to see.
Congratulations to Gail Dickerson--she bought her first set of competition boules and we look forward to having her ass a regular player.
