The day's format called for a new draw for partners (teams of three) before each round of play. After four qualifying rounds, the top 12 ranked players went into elimination play with #1,#2, playing against #4,#5, for 1st place and second place.
Players ranked #7 through #12 were teamed in a similar fashion to play for 3rd and fourth place.
RESULTS:
Honorable mention: Nelson Ricardo and Terry Wien also had 3 wins and were ranked #13 & #14, respectively after qualifying.
1st place: Juan Hernandez, Tina Currie, Marc Quilici
2nd place: Danny Daniels, Bob Moyer, Shirley Jones
3rd place: Dick Pollard, Sue Wien, Guillaume Dumas
4th place: John Wilson, Rick Sweeney, Kaye Taliana
Bob Moyer gets the distinction of being the only one of 30 players to win all four qualifying rounds!
