Shannon Hodge and Tish Harris have been sharing their pictures on Facebook of the 2017 World Triples Women's Petanque Championships that are to be played this week in Kaihua, China. I'm re-posting them here for anyone who may check our blog who has not already seen them on Facebook.
The team is: Gina Teator DeJoy (South Florida Petanque Club), Shannon Hodge (Zanesfield Petanque Club), Shirley Jones (Carolina Petanque), and alternate Tish Harris (Oakhurst Petanque Club),
We wish them and their support group all the best as they take on the world's best women petanque players and the adventure that goes with the challenge.

Was lovely to meet the team in Quzhou Shi, Kaihua County. So positive and cheerful. They played well against some really tough opposition and should be so proud of their efforts.
