We had a blowout on our travel trailer RV on the way home near Poca, West Virginia. We have a dual axle trailer, so we weren't even aware of a problem until someone motioned for us to pull over. There was no damage to the trailer, and we had a functional spare; so, we were able to change the tire by the roadside.
We then drove to the nearby town of Poca and found a tire repair service (Eddie's) where we bought a replacement tire and had the spare returned to its storage position.
Some would say we were unlucky, but I lean more towards us being lucky it wasn;t more of a problem.
