Our VRBO house for the weekend

As I mentioned in the previous post, I got injured in a fall while walking early Sunday, August 25, and was, therefore, still recuperating on the day we had previously planned to travel up to Mills River, NC.

Nevertheless, we hooked up our cargo trailer loaded down with petanque paraphernalia on Thursday, September 5th, and joined the team of volunteers at the select venue to get ready for the big weekend coming up at Bold Rock Cidery.

Though I was little help, the volunteers put in a good day's work and things were really starting to take shape by the end of the day.
