Cold, rainy weather dampened the terrain but not our spirits--well, at least not enough to keep us from playing a few games at Miller Park on Sunday.
Tess bought Preston new OBUT MATCH IT (stainless steel) boules for Christmas and he finally got to try them. They worked VERY well!
Shirley is communicating with Mr. William Royston, Recreation and Parks Director for Winston-Salem, about the need for some coarse gravel to fill some of the ruts created by W-S Parks&Rec trucks as they travel the road bordering our terrain. We hope to have a resolution soon.
