Hedy Latimer, from Lake Worth, Florida, was visiting friends in the Boone, NC, area and made contact through email looking for a place to play petanque.  Kirk and Bo were kind enough to offer their home and terrain to entertain the group on August 3rd.

In addition to getting to play with our visitor, we were treated to homemade paella (a Spanish rice dish, usually with shrimp and other meats).  Thanks, Kirk and Bo!
