The club is in the process of searching for a suitable location since the Morganton terrain is still unplayable due to flood damage from hurricane Helene.
The Kernersville terrain looks very promising as it would require very little, if any, modification. I'm still not able to play myself, but I watched a couple of hours of good play on what seemed a very appropriate, yet challenging, surface.
I understand from John & Shirley that the club will be making a decision soon-- most likely in the next week or so.
