French students in Greensboro

 

We had a really nice crowd of players in Greensboro on Wednesday, June 29, including French students and exchange students brought our way by Ann Fechner. Here is her email to me:

Gary and Shirley,

Hello!

I am hoping it is ok for David and I to join you tomorrow in Greensboro... we are hosting a female  french student who is also interested in coming and there are a few other french students who may be interested also, so maybe 5 - 10 players. 

I just wanted to give you a heads up and make sure its ok.

Other new players as well-- Ken and Laurence joined us for the first time. Ken had attended the recent Parisian Promenade and followed up with Laurence on Wednesday. 

And Kathleen brought John out to play.

It's really encouraging to see our regulars turning out to play and exciting to see our new friends as well.
