Tuesday in Greensboro

 

With a near 100% chance of rain on Wednesday, the Tanger Garden gang made the decision to play on Tuesday, January 24th, instead of the scheduled 25th/

It turned out to be a wise decision as the weather Tuesday was near perfect. (And, sure enough, Wednesday was rainy.)

Kaye Taliana and Bob Robertson continue to host monthly play in Raleigh. Since their current play schedule is 3rd Saturday of each month, which coincides with Charlotte play, we don't get down their way very often.

However, with Rick and Maggie visiting us for the weekend, we made a special Raleigh trip to show them the venue.

As you can see from the photos, they have a capacity crowd of players for the 2to3 lanes that are available for play. Some of the people who showed up seemed to have interest in trying their hand at tournament play.

We look forward to having them join us at other Carolina Petanque venues.
